2. Performance Characteristics

1. For standard SIP protocol, it can achieve recording through tracking the start and end of the call, and can record completely the extension’s calling voice regardless of the extension hold, transferring, conference, etc.

2. For standard H.323 protocol, it can achieve recording through tracking the start and end of the call, and can record completely the extension’s calling voice regardless of  holding, transferring, teleconference, etc.
